Meet the Sales Director Growing Something Special in Lakeland & Celebration

Big things are blooming in Central Florida. At Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Lifestyles Realty, we’re proud to introduce our newest addition — Regional Sales Director, Bridgette Donahue.

With over 20 years of real estate experience — from multi-family development to owning and operating home renovation companies — Bridgette has led with both skill and heart. She’s helped oversee thousands of property flips, mentored new agents, and written curriculum for top investment education programs. But now, she’s turning her passion for real estate and people toward something even closer to home: building community and coaching agents across our brand-new Lakeland and Celebration offices.

Rooted in Community, Driven by Purpose

Bridgette is a proud Lakeland native, and returning home to lead a growing team of agents feels like a full-circle moment.

“To do what I love, in my hometown, with people who are just as passionate about mentorship and community — that’s the dream.”

Her leadership style is personal and powerful. She believes in setting intentional goals, supporting agents through accountability and encouragement, and showing up authentically. “Micromanagement isn’t my style,” she says. “I believe I win when you win.”

Bridgette’s connection to the BHGRE brand runs long before the title of Sales Director.

“I used to grab Better Homes and Gardens magazines at the grocery store. That logo is engraved in my mind. It was my first glimpse into the farmhouse style I fell in love with.”

“My goals are your goals,” she says. “I start by helping agents set their vision, and then I’m either their biggest cheerleader or the accountability partner they didn’t know they needed. I’m not into micromanagement, but I do make it a point to understand where someone needs that extra push.”

Her leadership style is rooted in coaching. “I want to create an environment where agents feel seen, heard, and motivated. We’ll grow together.”

Bridgette is a devoted mother of five, blending two biological and three stepchildren in a family she calls her greatest blessing. She’s a worship leader, a lover of the arts, and an active presence in her community.

Whether she’s cheering from the sidelines at a sports game or mentoring the next wave of real estate professionals, Bridgette brings joy, depth, and purpose to everything she touches.
