Cory Hays brings more than two decades of leadership and service as a retired Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy, where integrity, discipline, and putting others first defined his career. Today, those same values guide every client relationship he builds.
A Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Certified Military Agent, Cory has personally experienced seven Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves, giving him firsthand insight into the unique challenges military families face when relocating. His experience allows him to confidently guide active-duty service members, veterans, and their families through every step of the buying and selling process.
His dedication to excellence has also produced outstanding results. Cory has earned recognition among the Top 1% of REALTORS® in Florida and nationwide for production and is a back-to-back Five Star Real Estate Agent Award recipient, reflecting both exceptional performance and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
Joining him is his wife, Christie Hays, who brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience throughout Northeast Florida and the Southeast.
